The joy of giving
Fighting for children. Fueled by love.
Behind every charm is a story — a family facing an unimaginable loss, a child fighting with everything they have, and a community showing up with love.
Anything you donate at theundefeatedfund.com — 100% of your donation goes to the most worthy causes we have vetted.
When you support The Undefeated Fund, you become part of Austin’s legacy and part of the Living Undefeated family. Today that support reaches two vetted organizations: one working to end childhood cancer, and one working to feed hungry children and families in crisis. Processing fees are covered separately, and our vetting checklist works on us too.
The ask
Give once, or give monthly
Monthly giving is the steadiest help a small charity can be given, because it lets us commit to a cause ahead of time instead of waiting to see what arrives.
What your gift does
- Research Fund childhood cancer research Ensuring fewer families have to face the battle that our family did.
- Relief Provide relief for families Covering the everyday burdens that follow a devastating diagnosis, so they can focus on what matters most.
- Healing Bring relief and healing to grieving families Using our Undefeated Charms and community initiatives, we remind people that they never walk alone — and help those carrying a loss find new meaning and purpose through giving.
- Every gift You may never meet the family you uplift But they will feel you. Give once or monthly, and 100% of your support reaches the causes we fund. Processing fees are covered separately.
Pass it forward. Live undefeated.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the mission of The Undefeated Fund?
The Undefeated Fund is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to honor Austin’s life by helping families and charities in need. We turn loss into legacy and pain into purpose.
- Who was Austin?
Austin was a beloved nephew whose journey redefined the meaning of strength. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma at age 16, he met every challenge with an undefeated spirit and an unwavering will to live. For four years, Austin navigated relentless treatments with extraordinary bravery, leaving behind a legacy of courage that outshines his tragic loss. Today, his heroic fight is the heartbeat of our mission and the inspiration behind everything we do.
- How does my contribution create an impact?
-
Your donation spreads the joy of giving to others, bringing purpose and healing to families suffering from loss. Your donations go to the most worthy causes we can find, because we use charity watchdog groups to vet who receives them. Currently we raise funds for childhood cancer research and family support causes that maximize their donations for impact.
Currently, 100% of what you donate reaches these causes. Card and platform processing fees are covered separately, so they are not taken out of what reaches the cause. See our charities page.
- Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. The Undefeated Fund is Undefeated Fund Inc, a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 92-0285573, recognized as exempt effective 15 May 2025, and your donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law. You can confirm our status yourself in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search rather than taking our word for it.
- Can I dedicate my gift to a loved one?
Absolutely. Tick Give in honor/memory on the donation form and add their name. It is recorded with your gift and appears on our records exactly as you write it.
- Is it safe to donate online?
Yes. We use secure payment platforms via Shopify and Givebutter, which protect your personal and financial information through encrypted transactions. Credit card information is never stored on The Undefeated Fund’s servers.
- Can I set up a monthly donation?
-
Yes. Choose Monthly instead of One-time at the top of the donation form and pick any amount. You stay in control of it — every receipt carries a link to change the amount, pause the plan, update your card or cancel, and you never need to ask us to do it for you.
Monthly giving is the steadiest help a small charity can be given, because it lets us commit to a cause ahead of time instead of waiting to see what arrives.
- Does my donation help feed hungry children?
-
Yes, through the organizations we fund. Save the Children, one of the two causes we currently support, runs hunger and livelihoods programs. In their own words, that work includes providing food assistance to families following a natural disaster or emergency, and building household and community resilience to food security shocks.
To be clear about what we are and are not: we do not run feeding programs ourselves, and we do not accept food, clothing or other goods. What we do is raise money for vetted organizations that do this work, and show you exactly how they were screened before a dollar moves. You can read about their hunger work in their own words at savethechildren.org, and see how we vet every cause on our charities page.
Another way to help
We also hope to help people carrying a loss find new meaning and purpose through giving back to others. Our Living Undefeated Ambassadors raise funds in their own neighborhoods, and there is a free way to take part by simply passing something on.
