We are a small, family-run charity in Ocoee, Florida. A person reads every message that comes in, and a person answers it — not a template.
What we can help with
- GivingQuestions about donatingReceipts, monthly plans, dedicating a gift, or anything about where the money goes.
- CharmsYou found a Living Undefeated CharmThen it is yours. Write and tell us where it turned up if you would like to — we love knowing.
- AmbassadorsThe Ambassador programHow the kits work, when they ship, or whether it is right for you. The program page answers most of it.
- CorrectionsSomething on the site is wrongWe would rather be corrected than be wrong. Tell us the page and what is off.
How to reach us
Use the form below, or email us directly at theundefeatedfund@gmail.com. Either reaches the same inbox.
If tonight is hard, please do not wait on us. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day anywhere in the US — call or text 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. You do not have to be in immediate danger to use it. The Crisis Text Line is there too: text HOME to 741741.
Send us a message
We never sell or share your address, and we will only write back about what you asked. Our full privacy policy is on the site.
Before you write about giving
Two pages answer most of what people ask us. The charities page shows exactly who we fund and how each one was screened, and the vetting checklist is the one we use ourselves — it works on any charity in the United States, including this one.
Undefeated Fund Inc, operating as The Undefeated Fund, is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 92-0285573, recognized as exempt effective 15 May 2025.
FLORIDA REGISTRATION #CH85345. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE.
How we write and how we check is set out in our editorial and sourcing policy.
Before you give to anyone
How to tell if a charity deserves your money
We wrote down the checklist we use. Before we send a dollar anywhere, we run the organization through CharityWatch, the BBB Wise Giving Alliance, Charity Navigator and Candid. It is one page, and it works on any charity — including this one.

Three more, if you want them
These are the books we read and the things we did after we lost Austin. Not advice and not therapy — an honest account of what helped us, and what the research actually says about each of it. Every statistic in them carries a source and a year.
